Off-Leash Dog Park Rules & Vaccine Requirements
Safe play starts with prepared people and healthy, well-socialized dogs. Please review these requirements before visiting Dog House Drinkery & Dog Park in Leander.
Before You Arrive
Bring proof of current vaccinations. Digital records, vaccine tags or a hard copy are accepted. Required vaccines are rabies, distemper and parvovirus.
Dogs older than six months must be spayed or neutered to use the off-leash park.
Dogs must be well-socialized and non-aggressive.
Limit two dogs per person per visit.
No children under age 16 are allowed inside the off-leash park areas. Children must be supervised in areas where they are permitted.
Entering and Using the Park
Keep dogs leashed in the parking area and have one visible leash for each dog.
Remove leashes in the transition corridor. Open only one gate at a time.
Dogs must wear a collar or harness.
Pick up after your dog. Waste stations are provided.
No dog food or people food is allowed inside the fenced off-leash areas.
No smoking is allowed inside the off-leash park.
Safety and Responsibility
Prevent aggressive behavior, biting and fighting.
Follow instructions from Dog House park monitors.
Guests who disregard park rules may permanently lose dog park privileges.
Owners are legally and financially responsible for damage or injury caused by their dogs. By entering Dog House Drinkery & Dog Park, customers accept full responsibility for their pets and release Dog House from liability associated with communal play.
